Boyd Holbrook Joins The Morning Show Season 4 Cast

Boyd Holbrook is the latest addition to Apple TV+’s The Morning Show season four in a key recurring role.
From lead actors/executive producers Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, and Media Res, The Morning Show explores the cutthroat world of morning news. In addition to Aniston and Witherspoon, the all-star cast is led by Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm and Nicole Beharie.

Holbrook (pictured) plays Brodie, a popular and provocative podcaster and talk show host. He joins the recently announced additions for season four: Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Aaron Pierre and William Jackson Harper.

Production on season four is currently underway.

The most recent third season recently garnered 16 Emmy Award nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series. The series also received 10 acting nominations — the most of any drama series this year. The third season also won an AFI award and was the most nominated series at this year’s 29th Annual Critics Choice Association Awards.

The Morning Show is developed by Kerry Ehrin and is produced by studio Media Res, Hello Sunshine and Echo Films. The series is executive produced by Michael Ellenberg through Media Res, Aniston and Kristin Hahn through Echo Films and Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter through Hello Sunshine.

Mimi Leder serves as director and executive producer; Charlotte Stoudt serves as showrunner and executive producer. Micah Schraft and Zander Lehmann also serve as executive producers.

Holbrook had a series regular role on FX's Justified: City Primeval and will reprise his role as The Corinthian in season two of Netflix's The Sandman. He also starred in the Netflix series Narcos and the History Channel miniseries Hatfields & McCoys.
