Fitness instructor Petra has lived in her rented council flat in North London for 32 years. But for the past 20 years she’s been at loggerheads with her downstairs neighbour Tracy. Within 3 months of Tracy moving in she started making petty complaints about Petra, all of which led to a confrontation where Tracy pushed Petra down a flight of stairs.
