The prequel, which was greenlit last February by The Terminal List author Jack Carr and Season 1 creator/showrunner David DiGilio, is an elevated spy thriller that takes viewers on Edward's journey from Navy SEAL to paramilitary CIA operator and the dark side of explores warfare and the human costs associated with it.
As previously announced, in addition to James Reece (Pratt), other characters in the spin-off opposite Kitsch's Ben include Raife Hastings, Mohammed Farooq and Ernest "Boozer" Vickers, played in the first season by former Navy SEAL and series producer Jared Shaw.
Kitsch is executive producing alongside Pratt via Indivisible Productions, Antoine Fuqua via Hill District Media, Carr, DiGilio, former Army Ranger Max Adams and Shaw. The Terminal List franchise is a co-production of Amazon Studios and Civic Center Media, in association with MRC Television.
