AMC Networks has set a fall start for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol.
The first season ended with Daryl (Reedus) deciding to stay in France instead of returning home while his girlfriend Carol (McBride) continues to search for him in America.
The second season of the spinoff series starring Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride airs Sunday, September 29 at 9 p.m. on AMC and AMC+. AMC also released two first-look photos, which you can view below and at the bottom of this news story.
In the new season, both confront old demons, as Carol fights to find her boyfriend and Daryl struggles with his decision to stay in France. In addition, Genet's (Anne Charrier) movement builds momentum, putting Pouvoir on a violent course with the Union of Hope in the battle for France's future.
In addition to Reedus and McBride, the film also stars Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Charrier, Romain Levi and Eriq Ebouaney.
The series is produced by showrunner David Zabel, Scott M. Gimple, Reedus, McBride, Greg Nicotero, Angela Kang, Brian Bockrath, Daniel Percival, Jason Richman and Steve Squillante.
