‘The Assets’ canceled after two episodes

The eight-episode Cold War spy drama series premiered January 2, with the lowest rating ever. A 0.7 demo rating. The next week the series dropped even lower with a 0.6 rating; less than three million viewers.

And now ABC has pulled ‘The Assets’ immediately from the Thursday line-up.

‘Shark Tank’ will take its place for the next weeks because ‘Scandal’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ will not be back till February 27.
