The Bold and the Beautiful is een Amerikaanse soapserie. De serie draaide in eerste instantie om de families Forrester en Spectra, later om de families Forrester, Logan en Marone. De laatste tijd ligt de focus op de families Forrester, Logan en Spencer. De soap speelt zich af in Californië, in Los Angeles, en wordt in ongeveer 130 landen uitgezonden. In tegenstelling tot de meeste andere Amerikaanse soaps duurt deze inclusief reclame geen uur, maar een half uur, waardoor het aantal acteurs ook niet zo groot is als bij andere soaps.

Dave tells Brooke he wants to use her as bait to catch the rapists. Brooke is worried. Thorne suspects Ridge is marrying Caroline to spite Bill. Eric informs a shocked Margo that Ridge is now engaged. Bill tries to convince Caroline that Ridge is no good for her but she refuses to stop her wedding plans.
