The first clip for the final episodes of the adventure series Vikings has been released. The episodes are expected to release near the end of this year, or early 2021. History Channel has revealed the first footage of the final episodes of
Vikings during their Comic-Conx-on:Home panel. A release date was not yet revealed, but the second part of the sixth and final season is expected to release either near the end of this year or in early 2021.
Michael Hirst (
Camelot), the creator of the series, talked about a good and meaningful ending during the panel. The sixth season was announced by the History Channel last year. Netflix has, however, announced a spin-off called
Vikings Valhalla. It will be made by the same people as
Vikings.
