Wtf is this for end of a season? Quit halfway through the series? Actually it was not a very strong series, a lot of dialogues that are not necessary, actually very little action and just when things finally get going, they stop .... A disappointment, because the actors were not bad. Hopefully they will continue in a few months, because they have made me curious. :)

This was not quite what I expected. I thought there would be more action in it, but the whole thing gets off to a bit of a struggle. It doesn't actually start to gain momentum until episode 7. This first season it was mainly searching, but nevertheless I enjoyed it. The best was saved for last, and that definitely makes you want more.

Warrior Nun is - in my eyes - more of a teen series. A rather mediocre teen series - yes - with crazy dialogues, comic relief that completely slays to death and special effects that even a first-year student at the Film Academy would be ashamed of. The adventures of Ava may work in a comic, but translated into moving images it is all a bit grotesque and at times even laughable. Despite the fact that it is not such a good series, you can - surprisingly - watch Warrior Nun away quite easily. I could say something unpleasant here about the presence of lead actress Alba Baptista, but of course I am much too woke for that. I would have preferred to refer you to Cursed for a really good fantasy series, but that turns out - after seeing the first episodes - even worse. What are you doing to us, Netflix? How have we earned this ?!
