Third season for Warrior Nun according to showrunner

Warrior Nun will return to fight another day. Netflix canceled the series after two seasons in December 2022, but series creator and showrunner Simon Barry reports that the series has now been saved.

Starring Alba Baptista, Kristina Tonteri-Young, Lorena Andrea, Toya Turner, Tristán Ulloa, Thekla Reuten, Sylvia De Fanti and William Miller, the supernatural series follows a young woman who is tasked with helping to fight demons on Earth after she wakes up as part of a secret organization. The supernatural drama is based on Ben Dunn's comic book character Warrior Nun Areala.

The Netflix series debuted in July 2020 with a ten-episode first season. Season two was ordered shortly after release, and an eight-episode second season followed fifteen months later.

Barry didn't reveal any other details, but wanted to let fans know that Warrior Nun will return.

Too many series are still being canceled while they are heavily watched and getting a high score can only applaud that the Warrior Nun has been saved. Hopefully it can be viewed on Netflix, they have not renewed too many good series, while Asian series get more chances in my opinion. Of course just my view on this.
