The original version of Celblok H. Better acting, of course. If you like Orange is the New Black you will like this too. Although there are many similarities with OITNW, it is still fun.

I myself am only just halfway through the first season but I think it is already much better than OITNB despite the absence of Laura Prepon and Taryn Manning. The reason for this is quite simple. At Wentworth I never have the feeling that people go into endless bullshit to tell something, it's just much smoother than OITNB. Unlike OITNB, flashbacks are limited to the extent that they are needed. They also never become disturbing and do not interrupt the rest of the story while in each episode you learn a little more about someone's background and / or why she is in Wentworth. Furthermore, the relationships between 2 women who want power within the prison keep the whole interesting while furthermore, with an unsolved murder within the prison, a common thread continues to run through the story. So watch!

I've watched all three seasons now and this is a really good series. Except ... the finale of season three, which in my opinion spoils the fun a bit. Until then, the story is always well constructed and told at an excellent pace. It really never gets boring somewhere and actually has no episodes that are less compared to the other. At least not until the final of season three where someone must have had the idea to pull out all the stops and tackle it a bit more spectacular ... So it should not have been done because for me it achieves the total score over the three seasons by a half point down. Very unfortunate, and I can hope that they will pick up again for the fourth season because this series is really better than OITNB.

Agree with the speakers below, I'm eagerly looking for episode 1 of season 9, but unfortunately I can't find anything yet, does anyone know if it has aired?
