Seventh season Younger will be the last

One of the actresses from Younger revealed that there may not be an eighth season of the American drama series. Last year, Younger was renewed with a seventh season. According to Hilary Duff (Lizzie McGuire) - who portrays Kelsey in the series -, there's not going to be an eighth season. Duff told American media that she was supposed to be recording for the 'final season'. She also expects production to continue somewhere in the upcoming two months and that they can finish 'the final season'.

Younger is based on the novel by Pamela Redmond Satran and follows the 40-year-old Liza, who suddenly becomes a single mother who tries to find her way back into the working world. She discovers that it is nigh impossible to start from the ground up at her age. Younger may be ending, but a spin-off revolving around Duff's character has already entered production.
