In Shape Met Gaby

In Shape Met Gaby is a Dutch sportive reality program which aired on Videoland. The series premiered on January 18, 2021.

She thus changes 'Blue Monday' into 'Fit Monday'. With 20-minute full body workouts, in which the booty, abs and legs are trained, she ensures that the viewer starts the year at home, fit and with a positive mindset. The workouts are "apartment safe" which means the display case will not vibrate, the baby can stay asleep and the neighbors will still be happy. So shake that booty and let's get started! 'In Shape Met Gaby' can be seen at Videoland for four weeks on working days from Monday 18 January.
