Ozark is een Amerikaanse misdaadserie van Netflix. De serie ging in première op 21 juli 2017.
Ozark volgt het verhaal van de familie Byrdes uit Chicago. Samen met hun kinderen Charlotte en Jonah leven Marty en Wendy een standaard leven. Marty is een financieel adviseur en staat aan het hoofd van de witwas-afdeling van een van de grootste Mexicaanse drugskartels. Als er iets fout gaat is de familie noodgedwongen Chicago te verlaten en duiken ze onder in de regio Missouri Ozarks.

Still 3 eps to go, but I can already say that together with 13 reasons why I think this is the best Netflix Original so far. :)

Another direct hit this series. Astonishingly well in line with Fargo, Breaking Bad and Bettter call Saul.

Nice new series that grabs you from the first moment. Looks a lot like Breaking Bad in terms of storyline

Not all episodes are equally interesting. But an 8 for the season. Because of the unexpected plot twists. Fine series

Not all episodes are equally fun or even a bit long-winded but all in all I give this series an 8 and look forward to a new season.

Oh Breaking Bad, Breaking Bad. Comparing with, looks like and just like ... goes wrong as often as the high marks and appreciation that go round for many series. This series is all about how you can use money ... money and money to put everything and everyone in front of you and get away with it again. Murder, kill and shoot ... you get away with it. The nowadays ubiquitous young tough girl is not missing, I arrange everything for my family mother and the father who stands above the local population with his mediation skills. Predictable, annoying characters in predictable annoying storylines. Netflix is a kind of Mc Donalds and looks more like net-nix to me.
