AVROTROSSketch Studio is a Dutch competition-program which aired on AVROTROS. The series premiered on September 23, 2023.
Who is the best drawing talent in the Netherlands? In the new creative AVROTROS program 'Sketch Studio', twelve talented cartoonists between the ages of twelve and fifteen compete against each other.
They do this for eight weeks under the leadership of presenter Soy Kroon. The candidates draw superheroes, make portraits of famous artists and illustrate a creepy story. Drawing teacher, artist and jury member Wolf Hekkema decides every week, together with a well-known guest jury member, who will continue. Ultimately, there can only be one winner of the one and only Golden Pencil.
