The Glades is een Amerikaanse misdaadserie van de zender A&E. De serie ging in première op 13 juli 2010.
The Glades gaat over een Chicago-detective die aan werk gaat in Zuid-Florida bij het Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Hij wordt valselijk beschuldigd van het slapen met de vrouw van zijn baas. Hij verhuist naar Florida omdat hij gelooft dat het hem een meer ontspannen levensstijl opbrengt, maar komt erachter dat het alleen maar ingewikkelder wordt dan dat hij zich in beeldde.

Too bad the series has ended. In my opinion with a slightly forced final episode to "complete" the storyline. I won't reveal anything further.

Hello, The episodes were shown on RTL 5 now stopped, is this temporary? it would be a shame if it stays that way. Already miss the series in particular Matt Passmore. Regards, Joanna.

New episodes are now being recorded in America. I've already seen a few pictures and hope they will broadcast again in the Netherlands! http://www.aetv.com/the-glades/

On Saturday 8 January 2014, RTL8 will repeat the series. The pilot will be broadcasted at 10.45 pm.

I bought the DVD box through England (without Dutch subs). I find it strange that there is a link on this site to bol.com where you could order the DVD... but the only thing on bol.com is the import DVD box that I bought about 10 to 15 euros cheaper abroad.

Today it was announced that A&E TV is canceling the show (the glades). (so there will be no season 5, season 4 is already airing in America) :: MATT'S (Jim Longworth) LATEST TWEET :: So the Glades has come to its conclusion. Thank you to everyone who watched, supported, laughed, cried and snarked with us.Been a great ride.
