Rita is everything. For example, Rita is a mother. She has three. One of the three is about to come out and secretly eats huge chunks of brie, because his sister has said that brie tastes like cock. Rita herself is not warm or cold from that, because Rita is actually always right. If Courtney Love hadn't fallen over into Kurt's cocaine in Seattle, but simply finished her PABO, she was Rita. Secondary school is not going to be much more rock & roll. Already after the first five minutes, in which Rita is quietly working away a cigarette butt in an under-chalked toilet cubicle, I decided that I was going to think this was a great series. Rita is nice and light-hearted with a little piglet here and there, but secretly it is also the sometimes somewhat painful story of a woman looking for love. The latter in particular ensures that this is not just another flat chuckle, but a series that has a little more layers.
